Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, no time for yourself, depleted and guilty for not being present?
This was me when I suddenly found myself a single mama after my marriage ended when my son was about to turn two. I know what it is like being a mother and having your kids push your buttons until you lose control. I know what is like to have kids pulling at your clothes, begging for your attention, whining, throwing tantrums and you feel like you not getting a moments peace. I know what it’s like to feel like you are on auto pilot and you have no idea of who you are anymore.
What I want to show is that even though you can get angry and shout at your kids … you will now have tools to be able to switch out of that place quickly. You don’t have to stay upset for long, you don’t have to feel guilty for your outburst and you certainly can find ways to remain calm and teach yourself to respond and not react to the situation. I was so stressed trying to manage the daily juggle that comes with motherhood and found myself saying mean things, shamingmy child, yelling and then feeling so guilty every day because I was so frustrated.
I didn’t what to be that kind of mother. I wanted to be a mother filled with compassion and grace. My journey took on a path where I discovered that my gift was to teach mums kids and families how to connect with each other and stay connected.
I can teach you how to be a mindful mother so you feel more joy and less frustration. This is your guide to being a content, calm and more compassionate mother. You can reduce the stress of motherhood by connecting with yourself and your child in just one mindful moment a day.
I can teach you how to turn the mundane daily grind into magical mindful moments with your family.
